for permissions to run other programs. These permissions are extremely important and
ensure that eCare works as intended. If you encounter one of these pop-ups while 
using eCare, PLEASE SAY YES every time. If you say no, different functions of
eCare may stop working (Order Management, Vital Signs, etc.) and there is no
